Pharis Kagumba went missing a month ago. He left his job in Las Colinas working for Central Parking (Urban Towers) at 2:30pm on Friday May13th and did not report to his night job at 11pm with Weiser Security at Addison Circle One.
His last known address is Camden Apartments 18250 Marsh Lane, Dallas. This is at the intersection of George Bush and Marsh Lane.
He is 5ft 9inches. Race is Black. Wears a short hair cut. He drives a 2001 Isuzu Rodeo which has not yet been located to the best of the immediate family’s knowledge.
