The Late Bernard Meta Kinyanjui who passed away at the Parkland Memorial Hospital
A Kenyan has passed away in Dallas Texas. Bernard Meta Kinyanjui passed away at the Parkland Memorial Hospital on Wednesday night (04/28/2010) at 8.10 pm.
Mr. Kinyanjui had been suffering from cancer which he has bravely fought since 2008. He was a resident of Garland TX.
The deceased is survived by his wife, Cresensia Wakesho Meta (Garland, TX), and children Sheila Wanjiru Meta (Dallas-TX), Caroline Njeri Meta Kamau (Kenya), Francis Kinyanjui Meta (UK) and Patricia Marura Meta (UK).
Funeral arrangements are currently ongoing and family and friends are meeting from 7PM daily at the Kinyanjui’s residence at 4308 Leatherwood Ln, Garland TX 75042.
There will be a fundraiser on Sunday May 9th 2010 at Highland Park Church (HPCC) starting at 4 pm.
The funeral is scheduled to be held on Saturday, May 15th, 2010 at the Memorial Cemeteries of Garland next to Williams Funeral Directors at 1600 South Garland Avenue, Garland TX 75040-7637.
